Ivy League graduates are well known for spanning the globe in pursuit of their dreams, though perhaps not for basketball.

Former Cornell center Jeff Aubry has played in six countries since graduating in 1999 and currently plays with the Santurce Crabbers in Puerto Rico.

With an eye on a post-basketball career, he is currently working on a novel.

Former Harvard standout Sam Winter ’03, who led the Ivy in rebounding in 2002-03, played in Switzerland last season before retiring from competitive basketball due to repeated foot injuries.

He is now looking to start a non-basketball professional career.
