CO-PLAYERS OF THE WEEK
Columbia sophomore guard Noruwa Agho (New City, N.Y.) continued his incredible start to the season with back-to-back games of 20+ points to give him three straight games of scoring 20 or more. In two games, Agho averaged 22.5 points, 5.0 rebounds and shot 61.5% from the field and 73.3% from three-point range. Agho started his week by scoring 17 of his game-high 23 points in the second half of a 73-59 Columbia win over Bucknell at home, helping the Lions close out the game on a 30-8 run. The nation's leader in three-point field goal percentage in the early season, Agho hit seven of eight from beyond the arc against Bucknell, including five straight in the decisive second half. He added five rebounds and three assists, ultimately finishing eight of twelve from the field. The vaunted Syracuse zone defense and 20,000 fans at the Carrier Dome did not faze Agho on Friday, as he totaled 22 points on 8-of-14 shooting from the field, and 4-of-7 from long range. He made his first four shots from the field, three of them from downtown, to score 11 of Columbia's first 13 points. He ultimately finished with five rebounds and two assists in the Lions' 85-60 setback to the ninth-ranked Orange.

Not only was he named the most valuable player of the Legends Classic tournament regional, but he also established a new Ivy League record for career 3-pointers with the nine he hit. He surpassed Princeton great Brian Earl (281) and ended the week with 288. Wittman scored 18 or more points in three of he four games, opening the week with 19 points and five rebounds against No. 9 Syracuse. He answered that with 20 points and two steals in a win over Toledo, a 12-point effort against Vermont and 18 pints and six rebounds at Drexel.
