Each year the College
Sports Information Directors of America choose Academic
All-America teams in the sports of football, women's
volleyball, men's and women's basketball, baseball and
softball. Also, men's and women's at-large teams --
comprised of athletes from all sports not listed above --
are chosen. To be eligible as an Academic All-American, an
athlete has to maintain at least a 3.20 grade point average
and be a starter or key reserve on his or her
team. Those indicated by an asterisk (*) were on the at-large team.
