In celebration of Black History Month, the Ivy League ran a series of profiles featuring African-American assistant coaches called Climbing the Coaching Ladder. These up-and-coming coaches were featured not only as African-Americans, but also as individuals who shape the everyday lives of our student-athletes:
Malcolm Doldron, Columbia women's rowing
Leah Foster, Dartmouth women's basketball
Jeremey Gee, Harvard men's and women's track & field
Carrie Moore, Princeton women's basketball
Dale Parker, Cornell women's basketball
Queen Smith, Yale women's basketball
