Roger Taylor
, the Ivy League Coordinator of Men's & Women's Soccer Officials, started refereeing in 1980 after emigrating to the USA in 1976.
He was Born in London, England and graduated from London University with a degree in economics and a post grad certificate in education.
Currently a professor of economics at Northern Essex Community College in Haverhill, Mass., Taylor has officiated 25 NCAA Final Fours.
