For The Last Time -- YES
Friday, November 09, 2007

Yale and Princeton are meeting for the 130th time on Saturday, as the two meet for a 1 pm kickoff at Princeton Stadium in Central Jersey. And the game will be shown as the final Ivy League-YES Network football broadcast of the season.
This is the most-played series in League history and second in the NCAA, behind only Lafayette-Lehigh. The Tigers won the first matchup in New Haven in 1873.
They also won a stunner last season. Yale led 28-14 at halftime at Yale Bowl as Mike McLeod [New Britain, Conn.] scored four times in the first half. But the Ivy Player of the Year -- Princeton quarterback Jeff Terrell -- threw three scoring passes in the second half to lead his Tigers to a 34-31 victory in front of 43,406 fans at Yale Bowl.
The last time these two met in Princeton, the Elis scored twice in the last 74 seconds to pull off a miraculous 21-14 victory.
