Unless they were paying very close attention in the season's first eight weeks, Ivy League football fans were unfamiliar with Brown sophomore receiver Bobby Sewall.
But his last two games of the season produced numbers that seemed groundbreaking. Consider that in victories over Dartmouth and Columbia, Sewall ran for 224 yards and six touchdowns. AND he caught 30 passes for 224 yards and tossed a 41-yard touchdown pass.
He won't be sneaking up on anyone in 2008.
Providence Journal writer Mike Szostak recently profiled Sewall and learned that the first thing in Sewall's bassinet was a football.
