Football Weekend Wrap-Up - November 19
Offensive has been a theme throughout the 2011 Ivy League football season and the final Saturday was no letdown as the four teams closing the year with wins averaged 38 points in their victories. Here is a quick wrap-up of the Week 10 games:
Harvard 45, Yale 7

NEW HAVEN, Conn. -- Harvard fell behind by a
touchdown before flexing its muscle as the Ivy League champion
Crimson cruised past Yale, 45-7, at Yale Bowl in the 128th edition
of The Game.
Columbia 35, Brown 28

NEW YORK -- Junior quarterback Sean
Brackett passed for a touchdown in overtime and ran 16
yards for the game-winning score in double overtime to help
Columbia come from behind to defeat Brown 35-28 in the season
finale for both teams.
Cornell 48, Penn 38
PHILADELPHIA -- A week after scoring 62 points to
capture the Empire State Bowl, the Cornell football team scored 48
points to knock off defending Ivy League champion Penn at Franklin
Field to take home the Trustee's Cup with a 48-38 victory over the
Quakers on Saturday afternoon at Franklin Field.
Dartmouth 24, Princeton

HANOVER, N.H. -- Nick
Schwieger ran for 157 yards and a touchdown while
Conner Kempe completed 16-of-22 passes for 141
yards and two scores in their final collegiate game, lifting the
Dartmouth Big Green to a 24-17 victory over Princeton on Senior Day
on Saturday in front of 4,003 appreciative fans at Memorial
Field.
