NEW HAVEN, Conn. -- Battling through the loss of
freshman starting quarterback Eric Williams, the
Yale football team nabbed its first Ivy League win of the season
Saturday afternoon at the Yale Bowl, Class of 1954 Field, beating
Penn 27-13.
Brown 21, Cornell 14
PROVIDENCE, R.I. -- Just two weeks ago, Brown
junior tailback Jordan Reisner
was fifth on the Bears' depth chart. He made the most of his
first real opportunity to play by running for 193 yards and two
touchdowns to lead Brown to a 21-14 Ivy League win over Cornell at
Brown Stadium.
Princeton 39, Harvard 34

PRINCETON, N.J. -- Down 34-10 with less than 12
minutes remaining, the Princeton football team put on a show that
few will ever forget. The Tigers scored 29 unanswered points to
stun the nationally ranked and formerly unbeaten Harvard Crimson
39-34 to move alone into first place in the Ivy League.

NEW YORK -- Junior tight end Dean
Bakes caught a nine-yard touchdown pass from sophomore
Alex Park with 1:09 remaining to culminate an
eight-play, 91-yard drive that allowed visiting Dartmouth to spoil
Columbia's homecoming festivities on Saturday afternoon at Kraft
Field at Wien Stadium with a 21-16 Big Green victory.
