PRINCETON, N.J. -- "Bones" went on television
Thursday morning to help save viewers some bones when they hit the stores.
Sean Gregory, a 1998 Princeton basketball alumnus who went by that nickname
as a player, is a writer for Time magazine and appeared on NBC's Today show
on Aug. 13 to promote a story on negotiating prices in retail stores. A link
to video of his appearance on the show, along with his feature story in TIME
is below.
Gregory was a teammate of two of Princeton's present coaches, the Franklin C.
Cappon-Edward G. Green '40 head coach Sydney Johnson '97 and assistant Brian
Earl '99, and was a part of three Ivy League championship and NCAA Tournament
teams from 1996-98. That string included two NCAA Tournament wins, including
the 1996 upset of UCLA.
