USILA Names 11 Ivy Men's Lacrosse Players to All-America Teams

PRINCETON, N. J. -- Eleven Ivy League men's lacrosse players earned United States Intercollegiate Lacrosse Association (USILA) All-American honors on Thursday, May 26 when the organization released its 2011 Division I All-Aemica teams.

Cornell led the way with four honorees, including first team selections Rob Pannell, Roy Lang and Max Feely. Jason Noble was an honorable mention selection as well. The Big Red's three first team honorees tied for the most in the country with Syracuse. Pannell was a first team selection atatck, with Lang at midfield and Feely and Noble on defense.

A trio of Princeton Tigers earned third team honors including midfielder Tom Schreiber, defenseman Chad Wiedmaier and goalie Tyler Fiorito.

Additional Ivy League honorees include honorable mention attackmen Dean Gibbons of Harvard and Matthew Gibson of Yale. Joining Noble as on the honorable mention defense squad are Brown's Peter Fallon and Penn's Brett Hughes.
