PRINCETON, N.J. -- After a stellar weekend for teams and individuals around the Ivy League last week, the Ivy League boasts two of the Top 5 teams in both the USILA and NIKE/Inside Lacrosse polls.

The League is 6-3 against ranked teams already this season. Cornell jumped up four spots to No. 3 after dominating Colgate, while Princeton's win at Johns Hopkins leapfrogged the Tigers up seven spots to No. 5. Penn is still in the Top 20 despite a narrow loss at Denver, while Yale is No. 20 in the NIKE/IL poll after an impressive win at Albany. Brown also got votes in both polls this week following its overtime win at No. 7/5 UMass.

Four teams return to the field on Tuesday. Cornell, coming off its 19-3 blowout win over No. 9/11 Colgate, visits Canisius. Yale travels to backyard rival Sacred Heart. Penn travels to Lehigh in a Top 20 battle, while Princeton hosts Villanova in its home opener. Also, on Wednesday, Brown visits Hartford.

The weekend slate opens Friday when Harvard hosts Georgetown. A nearly full slate of games is set for Saturday, headlined by two Ivy-ACC match-ups when Cornell visits Virginia and Princeton travels to North Carolina.

CO-PLAYERS OF THE WEEK
Cornell senior defender Jason Noble (Orangeville, Ontario) shut down the 2012 Tewaarton Trophy winner Peter Baum in the Big Red's dominating win over No. 9/11 Colgate. Baum entered the contest with a goal in 21 straight games. On Saturday, Noble smothered Baum, allowing him just three shots, none of which were on goal as Cornell jumped out to a 10-0 lead on its way to a 19-3 win. Baum's only point of the day came on an assist in the third quarter with Cornell holding an 11-1 advantage. The win over Colgate vaulted the Big Red to No. 3 in both polls this week. Noble also added a goal in Cornell's win over Binghamton on Tuesday.

Princeton senior attack Jeff Froccaro (Sands Point, N.Y.) had three goals and an assist as the Tigers knocked off No. 3/3 Johns Hopkins in Baltimore, 11-8. Froccaro had a pair of third quarter tallies to turn a 7-6 deficit into an 8-7 lead. He also had a big day at the X, going 5-for-9 in face-offs while the Blue Jays won 11 of the other 13 draws in the contest. Princeton's win over Johns Hopkins vaulted the Tigers seven spots in both polls to No. 5 this week.

ROOKIE OF THE WEEK
Brown's Kylor Bellistri (Potomac, Md.) led one of the greatest comebacks in the program's history on Saturday as the Bears knocked off No. 7/5 UMass in overtime in Amherst. Trailing by three goals with six minutes to play, 8-5, the freshman attacker scored three straight goals in a span of three minutes to pull the Bears even. Brown wound up winning the game with 2:44 left in the first overtime period, 9-8.
