Women's Basketball Weekend Preview for March 4-5

PRINCETON, N.J. -- With a pair of wins this weekend, the Princeton Tigers are poised to clinch their second consecutive, and fifth all-time, Ivy League title.
All eight teams are in action for the final time this season as Brown, Penn, Princeton and Yale play host this weekend. Princeton enters the week with a 10-1 League mark and wins over Dartmouth (Friday) and Harvard (Saturday) will result in an outright championship and an automatic bid to the NCAA Tournament.
Yale, while still hoping for the Tigers to drop two of their last three games to force a potential tie for first, currently sit in second. Two wins this weekend will secure at least second place for the Bulldogs and result in the League's automatic bid to the WNIT Postseason Tournament. Harvard also has an opportuity to tie Yale for second, but Yale would win the tie-breaker against the Crimson with a 2-0 record this season, giving the WNIT bid to the Bulldogs.
Saturday's Princeton-Harvard game at Jadwin Gymnasium will be
broadcast on Verizon FiOS 1.
