Complete Ivy League Women's Basketball Weekly Release in pdf format

PRINCETON, N.J. -- Harvard sophomore guard Christine Clark (Tucson, Ariz.) and Brown senior forward Aileen Daniels (Waldwick, N.J.) were named Ivy League Co-Players of the Week, the conference announced Monday. Penn freshman Kara Bonenberger (Walnutport, Pa.) was named Rookie of the Week.

For Clark, the award marks her first career Player of the Week honor. The sophomore was named Rookie of the Week three times (Nov. 22; Dec. 6; Feb. 21) during the 2010-11 season. She led Harvard to its first win of the season during a 1-1 week, averaging 17.5 points, 7.0 rebounds, 2.0 steals and 1.5 assists in the two games. Clark finished one rebound shy of a double-double in the Crimson’s 69-57 win over Rhode Island, tallying 18 points and nine boards. She now ranks second in the Ivy League in scoring, averaging 18.0 points per contest.
