SPRINGFIELD, N.J. -- One minor rain delay was not enough to slow down the Harvard women's golf team, which matched its day one score to build an 18-stroke lead at the Ivy League Women's Golf Championship, which will conclude Sunday at Baltusrol Golf Club in Springfield, N.J.

On the par-72, 6,278-yard Upper Course, the Crimson shot a 297 for the second-straight day and has a total team score of 594, 18 strokes ahead of second-place teams Princeton (305-307--612) and Yale (312-300--612). Harvard is looking to become the first-ever back-to-back-to-back Ivy League Champion.

Penn tallied a 295 on day 2, the best round of any team thus far in the Championship. The Quakers stand in fourth-place with a total score of 615, just ahead of Columbia (316-300--616). Dartmouth (326-327--653) and Brown (343-330--673) stand in seventh- and eighth- place, respectively, and will open the third day of competition at 8:00 a.m. on Sunday.

Harvard freshman Anne Cheng remains the individual leader after shooting an even-par 72 on Saturday to give her a two-day score of 142. Her teammate junior Tiffany Lim carded a 70 on day two after finishing with an 80 on day 1 to move into third-place with a total score of 150. Yale freshman Elisabeth Bernabe (71-75--146) is four over par and in second-place.

Two others matched the tournament's single-round best on Saturday, as Yale junior Marika Liu and Penn junior Amanda Chin each recorded a 70 to finish the day tied for third and tied for sixth, respectively. Chin moved up 14 spots after opening Saturday tied for 20th.
