More Postseason Honors Rolling In for Women's Lacrosse
The postseason honors continue to gather for Ivy League women's lacrosse players, as Penn's Meg Markham and Princeton's Colleen Smith were named to the ECAC first team, while Markham also earned a spot on the All-Inside Lacrosse team.

Three Ivies Named IWLCA All-Americans
PRINCETON, N.J. -- Three Ivies earned Intercollegiate Women’s Lacrosse Coaches Association (IWLCA) All-America honors, the organization announced Tuesday. Penn junior defender Meg Markham was the lone League representative on the first team, while Princeton senior defender Colleen Smith was placed on the second team and Tiger junior attack Erin McMunn received third team honors.

PRINCETON, N.J. -- The 2014 Ivy League women's lacrosse season officially came to an end on Sunday, as Penn and Princeton each fell in the second round of the NCAA Tournament, falling to No. 1 Maryland and No. 11 Virginia, respectively.

Penn Claims Womens Lacrosse Tournament Crown
PRINCETON, N.J. -- As far as first halves go, Penn’s was pretty good. A six-goal run and a 21-3 shot advantage in the first half paved the way for the Quakers to knock off host Princeton, 9-6, to claim the program’s third Ivy League Tournament championship and solidify an automatic berth to the 2014 NCAA Tournament.

Princeton Defeats Cornell to Advance to Women's Lacrosse Tournament Championship
Top-seeded Princeton used an Ivy League Tournament record seven goals from junior Erin McMunn to defeat Cornell, 12-5, and advance to the Championship game. The Tigers will face second-seed Penn on Sunday at noon.

Sudden Death Goal Pushes Penn to Women's Lacrosse Tournament Title Game
A back-and-forth Ivy League semifinal needed double overtime to decide a winner, and the winning goal came off the stick of Penn’s leading scorer Tory Bensen just under a minute into the sudden-victory period to give the Quakers a 10-9 win over Harvard.
