Women's Tennis Kicks Off Dual Season This Weekend

PRINCETON, N.J. -- Ivy League women's tennis opens the spring dual match schedule in full force with all eight teams in action, headlined by Columbia, Harvard and Yale competing in the Intercollegiate Tennis Association (ITA) Kick-Off Weekend.

Columbia travels to Duke to face the host Blue Devils along with a possible second match against either Kentucky or Tulane. Harvard goes to Gainesville, Fla., to face Missouri with the host Gators opening against Louisville. Yale faces Tulsa to open the four-team bracket at Michigan while the host Wolverines take on Virginia Tech.

Brown, Penn and Princeton each start their dual slates at home, while Dartmouth starts its spring with a trip to Beantown to battle Boston College. Cornell is also at home playing in its annual three-day winter invitational at the Reis Tennis Center.
